Our Jowar or Maize is grown by small farming communities in India, using natural methods of cultivation. Flour is freshly made in small batches and following traditional methods of stone-grinding, by local women’s groups. By using stone grinders, the slow process maintains an optimal temperature, which ensures the essential fats in the jowar remain intact.
